DESIGN AND SELECTION OF ARCHITECTURAL MATERIALS, ADDITION AND DECORATION OF HOUSE SPACES IN PATMOS (2014-2016, 2019)

The kitchen - because it is next to the entrance of the house - was chosen to be entirely made as a monolith of gray natural stone with hidden appliances so as not to detract from the point of the entrance. The floors are of patinated oak wood with a concrete border and a curved finish in contact with the wall and painted with resin. The furniture was designed in solid oak and sandblasted pine. Outside, the floor is made of non-slip stone-textured tiles with a large joint. Borders of white pebbles were created around the perimeter. The pergolas consist of white plaster beams with rounded corners. Shading is achieved by IROKO solid wood louvered frames. The outdoor furniture was chosen from high quality gray-beige fabric straps and beige fabrics. The tables are made of IROKO wood with metal frame in a gray beige shade.
